Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. If your country isn't listed at checkout, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please reach out to us at info@boutiquecornwall.com.
Click & Collect / Local Pickup
If you are local to our boutique and would prefer to pick up your order, please contact us before placing your order to arrange local collection (subject to availability).
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship on time, external factors like courier delays, customs inspections, or bad weather may occasionally affect delivery times. We are not liable for delays once the parcel is with the courier but we will do our best to support you if issues arise.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure about any potential fees.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe and the tracking shows no movement, please contact us. We’ll work with the courier to locate the parcel and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Boutique Cornwall is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at info@boutiquecornwall.com.
