We want you to love your Boutique Cornwall purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Our Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the day your order arrives to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition as received.
Tags must still be attached.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
How to Start a Return
If you'd like to initiate a return, please email us at info@boutiquecornwall.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide:
A return shipping label (where applicable)
Full instructions for packaging and returning your item
Please do not send items back without contacting us first—any unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization. These include:
Perishables (e.g. flowers, food, or plants)
Custom or made-to-order items
Personal care goods (e.g. skincare, beauty products)
Hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards and final sale items
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to get in touch before making a return request.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging your items. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us at info@boutiquecornwall.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos so we can assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order. Once we’ve processed your return, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method.
EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you are entitled under the Consumer Rights Directive to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it - for any reason, no explanation required.
Returned items must meet the same return conditions outlined above (unused, original packaging, etc.), and proof of purchase is still required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an update. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
It may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund.
